There are few people in this world that you can completely rely upon for help, advise and amazing service without charging a fortune, but Jon is one of those people. Known now as “Cein’s Mac Man” I know that he will always be there for me if I have any Mac problems (and more actually). The quick and efficient service is second to none, AND he is a really nice guy to boot. Thank you so much for all of your support.

We had been battling to find someone with serious knowledge and expertise on Macs. But since finding Bramley computers through a Google search we have not looked back. Other IT companies purport to knowing Macs, but we have found Bramley to be heads above any other company we’ve worked with. I can’t recommend Bramley highly enough, for super-intelligent understanding of Macs, personalised service and high level of professionalism. We’re very happy customers!!!!
I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon’s clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.
The performance of my 2008 24 inch iMac with the SSD is now absolutely stunning and, based on my experience, I could not recommend an SSD upgrade more highly.

I’m a professional car photographer and Apple has been a major part of my life for the past 20 years. I was recommended to contact Jon through some Twitter friends and spoke to him about upgrading my Macbookpro’s conventional hard drive to a 512GB SSD. I decided to diary the upgrade in at a later stage when work allowed.
However few weeks later my iMac decided to die leaving me in a complete panic so not only did he advise me on all the possible options for the iMac, he arranged collection, carried out the Macbook SSD upgrade and diagnosed the iMac issue in a matter of days. At all points he kept me informed of the options and costs and did it all in super quick time. When you have a major problem with your work mac, it’s not an exaggeration to say it’s like a member of your family falling ill. At times like these, having someone to inform, help and repair is a real life saver.
I can’t recommend Bramley Computers enough.

Jon was asked to keep an eye out for a cheap iMac for me.
I was contacted last week with an offer of the perfect machine. It was shipped to the Isle of Man without incurring any additional expenses and I got a very clean 2Ghz iMac with 3GB at under what I thought I would have to pay.
It complete in its box with the manuals and the original installation disks. Booted it up and its ready to go.
Communication throughout was perfect, and the order was tracked from the off.
As with others here, I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and Bramley Computers and Ill certainly be using him again.
From first contact through to completion of business, Jon has been absolutely first class. Every question was answered fully and clearly. Communication, which was conducted via email, was excellent, helpful, friendly and prompt. Almost instantaneously on most occasions. Postage service used was next day!!

Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. I am typing this using the wireless keyboard on my iPad.
Mrs B is now playing with the MBP after i’ve set it up, and the wireless mouse we can try later.
Mrs B prefers the old style trackpad with proper mouse button (doesn’t like the newer press on trackpad button)
It will more than do Mrs B’s needs and also any over seas travel like we just done for the wedding in vegas. Looks the job.
