UK
Small items under 2kg- Royal Mail Recorded
Small high value items under 2kg – Royal Mail Special Delivery
Large Items – I mainly use TNT, UPS & Interlink Direct 24 hour services for parcel deliveries and collections, there are some exceptions to these, mainly for Northern Ireland, and the Highlands and Islands where I have to use other services, and these maybe 2-3 day services.

I aim to ship used Macs & parts within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Usually I aim to be quicker, but client commitments means this isn’t always possible.

Free UK postage is including in the price of all items. 

International
Small Items under 2KG – Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For depending on the country.
Items over 2KG via Courier

0-1kg – £10
1-2kg – £15
2kg-10kg – £50

Rest of World
0-1kg – £15
1-2kg – £20
2kg-10kg – £70

Items over 10kg are not available for international shipping.

Collections

For repairs & trade-ins, you are responsible for securely boxing & packaging items for safe delivery to me. Neither I, nor the courier companies can be held responsible for damage caused due to poor packaging. Please ensure your device is fully backed up before posting.

Returns/Cancellations & After Sales

All online orders are covered by the “Distance Selling Regulations 2000”. If for any reason with seven days of ordering you wish to return the item please contact me. After the return has been accepted the item must be returned within a further seven days, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, I may have a right of action against you for compensation. I reserve the right to charge a 15%+£10 restocking fee to cover outgoing postage & retesting of returned items. I will process the refund as soon as possible & within seven days of receipt of item.

I cannot refund/cancel your purchase if the goods were a special order to your specification

Faulty Goods

All items unless specified on the item description (or sold for “spares/repairs”) are covered by a 30 day warranty from Bramley Computers. All repairs are also covered by the same 30 day warranty.

In the case of DOA (dead on arrival) I will offer the option of a full refund or where available/suitable a repair or replacement. Your call, not mine. After 14 days I will offer repair or replacement first (with the warranty then reset to 30 days), but if I’m unable to do this then offer a full refund. Fails on day 35? Talk to me. I’m not unreasonable. Please note I do ask that faulty items are returned within seven days of contacting me to arrange return.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights, details of which are available from trading standards or consumer direct.

General

These terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. I do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
