I've dealt with Jon for a number of problems - as well as a computer purchase - and he has always dealt with me professionally and quickly; that his prices are very reasonable is a bonus!
He has always gone the extra mile for me and when you rely on your computer to earn a living, as I do, the quality of his service means the difference between letting my clients down or maintaining business as usual. Thanks to him I have never had to let a client down because my computer has broken (or, as is sometimes the case, I've done something silly to it and it is sulking...)

After apologising for not being able to get to us that instant he turns on his laptop, remote connects with my Mac and sorts the problem from his current location (no doubt with his cat trying to help out). My 3rd dealing with Jon and the 3rd iMac HDD to SSD upgrade ( different machines) Impeccable work as always. Very happy with the results. From first contact through to completion of business, Jon has been absolutely first class. Every question was answered fully and clearly. Jon was asked to keep an eye out for a cheap iMac for me.
I was contacted last week with an offer of the perfect machine. It was shipped to the Isle of Man without incurring any additional expenses and I got a very clean 2Ghz iMac with 3GB at under what I thought I would have to pay.
It complete in its box with the manuals and the original installation disks. Booted it up and its ready to go.
Communication throughout was perfect, and the order was tracked from the off.

I contacted Jon when my husband spilled beer on our Macbook Air. He replied really quickly and was very honest about how much it was likely to cost to repair it. He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! I would recommend him to anyone.
The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.
