I have just logged off and have the peace of mind that my computer has been left with the capacity to work more productively. I contacted Jon when my husband spilled beer on our Macbook Air. He replied really quickly and was very honest about how much it was likely to cost to repair it. He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! If you need anything Apple - Jon is your man! He is second to none in terms of knowledge, service, quality, customer service, everything. I really can't recommend him highly enough. He makes sure you get what you need and want (not just what he wants to sell) at a price that is more than fair. And when it comes to logistics of either sending products to him or receiving them, I've never dealt with a better company yet. What can I say - he is one in a million, a top man and you should never fail to get in touch with him if you have a problem or need for anything technological (especially Apple).

He has always gone the extra mile for me and when you rely on your computer to earn a living, as I do, the quality of his service means the difference between letting my clients down or maintaining business as usual. Thanks to him I have never had to let a client down because my computer has broken (or, as is sometimes the case, I've done something silly to it and it is sulking...)

Testimonial Clearly Jon knows his stuff re technology, computing, and in my case Mac/iMac computers. Jon's ability to anyalyse my computer using remote viewing software saved either me a trip to Chesterfield, or him a trip out to the Edale Valley.

I'll certainly use Jon again, as to many Windows computer specialists, Apple/Mac systems are a black art. Jon identified that the issue of my slowish iMac may be due to disc access time. So I'll probably ask Jon to remove my old Fusion disc and replace it with a solid state disc.
