I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.
The performance of my 2008 24 inch iMac with the SSD is now absolutely stunning and, based on my experience,

Jon repaired my MacBook quickly and efficiently. Despite having trouble obtaining parts Jon kept me informed at all times and the computer was returned to me within a week. Highly recommended.
My Imac had been making an awful noise for quite a while, it sounded like the fan was on overdrive and it was getting red hot at the back.
I dropped it off with Jon on the Friday and by Saturday he's diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed and I collected it within the week. Now I can use the computer in peace without it driving me crackers with the noise. It's pretty much silent now!

I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! Well, another successful purchase completed. This time a Mac Mini. Delivery was almost instant, and quality as per previous purchases (nothing like a returning customer). This time there were a few issues with setting up, issues that appear to be unique to the Mac Mini, but a phone call and a few e-mails and I was away.
As previously said, working with Jon is as easy as it gets, and to keep returning when in need of new kit is about as good a recommendation as you can give.
Today got my imac, great and had to get in touch with Jon had some I tunes problems, glad for the advice.
