My 3rd dealing with Jon and the 3rd iMac HDD to SSD upgrade ( different machines) Impeccable work as always. Very happy with the results. Jon has been very helpful. Not quoting jargon to confuse and seems to be very knowledgeable on the Apple goods. Our server had not been set up right and was causing problems on our network, computers not seeing each other or not being able to share files, Jon came around and sorted it all out for a reasonable price and very efficiently. We are very happy with his work and customer friendly service.
The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.
As always you provided swift, expert and friendly service, this time reconfiguring and servicing an old mac and setting up a new one, all at modest cost. Thank you.
Jon gave me a truly excellent service when I was forced to Migrate my e-mail account to a new Host. This move was very frightening for me as we are so dependent on e-mails per se and because they are so often our User Name. He is extremely technically knowledgeable, very efficient on using Teamviewer, fitted in so helpfully with my timings and mastered several challenges along the way with my Desktop, Laptop and Mobile all having to be set up afresh. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am happy to confirm this directly with any inquirer.
I contacted Jon when my husband spilled beer on our Macbook Air. He replied really quickly and was very honest about how much it was likely to cost to repair it. He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! I would recommend him to anyone.

The RAM was increased and an SSD drive was installed in my Mac Mini. Because I live far away from his area, it meant sending it to him and having it returned by courier. As it is my main business computer, I couldn’t afford to be without it for long.
Jon went to the trouble of fitting the work in with my business time schedule and providing a very fast turn-around time. The service, including keeping me informed of progress, was excellent and very professional. I’d certainly use Bramley Computers again.
I've used Bramley Computers for repairs for years. I've tried other firms because they're nearer, but I end up disappointed and then go back to Jon. Excellent service every time, and for things like replacing broken iPhone screens he's faster than anyone else I've found. Highly recommended.
