I decided to diary the upgrade in at a later stage when work allowed.
However few weeks later my iMac decided to die leaving me in a complete panic so not only did he advise me on all the possible options for the iMac, he arranged collection, carried out the Macbook SSD upgrade and diagnosed the iMac issue in a matter of days. At all points he kept me informed of the options and costs and did it all in super quick time. When you have a major problem with your work mac, it's not an exaggeration to say it's like a member of your family falling ill. At times like these, having someone to inform, help and repair is a real life saver.

We had been battling to find someone with serious knowledge and expertise on Macs. But since finding Bramley computers through a Google search we have not looked back. I have just logged off and have the peace of mind that my computer has been left with the capacity to work more productively. I managed to brick my 2018 Macmini and neither my efforts or a local dealer were successful. Jon sorted it very promptly and at a very fair price. If you have a problem with an Apple device - save time and money and send it to Bramley Computers. Absolutely first class service.
My Imac had been making an awful noise for quite a while, it sounded like the fan was on overdrive and it was getting red hot at the back.
I dropped it off with Jon on the Friday and by Saturday he's diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed and I collected it within the week. Now I can use the computer in peace without it driving me crackers with the noise. It's pretty much silent now!
