Jon was quick to respond to my call for help and came out really quickly.He was on time, friendly,efficient and really helpful ...He set up a new computer transferring loads of material with ease....So,great service! He knew his stuff and was able to relay it clearly .He even came out of his local area ,going the extra mile ..literally and he was not over priced .I would definately use him again and am happy wholeheartedly to recommend him for all things Apple.
My Imac had been making an awful noise for quite a while, it sounded like the fan was on overdrive and it was getting red hot at the back.
I dropped it off with Jon on the Friday and by Saturday he's diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed and I collected it within the week. Now I can use the computer in peace without it driving me crackers with the noise. It's pretty much silent now!

Just thought I'd let you know that I'm hugely delighted with my new (pre-owned) 2008 Mac Mini. Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. It runs all my virtual organs with delightful ease, as I have told everyone on the Hauptwerk forum. I'll certainly be back for some of your quick, efficient service once the funds have recovered. Had an issue with my iMac being super slow. Spoke with Jon and within 2 mins he had diagnosed what the problem was (over the phone). He suggested a few options for resurrection and to fix the problem.
I dropped the iMac off Friday, explained I needed it back asap for work and it was done and ready for collection the following day. Super fast service, very accommodating and I will be using his services in the future and will recommend Bramley Computers to anyone with similar issues.

Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.
Abit like organ donoring really. I'm happy that my Mac may help someone else with used parts or a case etc.
