Jon gave me a truly excellent service when I was forced to Migrate my e-mail account to a new Host. This move was very frightening for me as we are so dependent on e-mails per se and because they are so often our User Name. He is extremely technically knowledgeable, very efficient on using Teamviewer, fitted in so helpfully with my timings and mastered several challenges along the way with my Desktop, Laptop and Mobile all having to be set up afresh. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am happy to confirm this directly with any inquirer.
Full marks to Bramley Computers for repairing my iPhone so quickly. Posted to them on Thursday, it arrived back this morning (Saturday) fully repaired.

I decided to diary the upgrade in at a later stage when work allowed.
However few weeks later my iMac decided to die leaving me in a complete panic so not only did he advise me on all the possible options for the iMac, he arranged collection, carried out the Macbook SSD upgrade and diagnosed the iMac issue in a matter of days. At all points he kept me informed of the options and costs and did it all in super quick time. When you have a major problem with your work mac, it's not an exaggeration to say it's like a member of your family falling ill. At times like these, having someone to inform, help and repair is a real life saver.

I had only just got home from dropping it off when I received a full diagnostic report on my machine (it was as bad as it gets) with options and recommendations for putting it right. I took Jon's advice and had my computer back within a week, not only repaired but upgraded and positively flying. Jon kept me updated on progress throughout and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a 27" iMac with a faulty internal drive. Jon was really communicative and open to discussion about the repair and what options were available. Quoted a good price and received excellent service and parts. Repair was finished quickly and updated throughout. Would recommend and will look at using again should I need any further repairs.
