I had only just got home from dropping it off when I received a full diagnostic report on my machine (it was as bad as it gets) with options and recommendations for putting it right. I took Jon's advice and had my computer back within a week, not only repaired but upgraded and positively flying. Jon kept me updated on progress throughout and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My Imac had been making an awful noise for quite a while, it sounded like the fan was on overdrive and it was getting red hot at the back.
I dropped it off with Jon on the Friday and by Saturday he's diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed and I collected it within the week. Now I can use the computer in peace without it driving me crackers with the noise. It's pretty much silent now!
Excellent service and will definitely use again and recommend.

I had a 27" iMac with a faulty internal drive. Jon was really communicative and open to discussion about the repair and what options were available. Quoted a good price and received excellent service and parts. Repair was finished quickly and updated throughout. Would recommend and will look at using again should I need any further repairs.

just to let you know that the postman came knocking this morning.
I am typing this using the wireless keyboard on my iPad.

Mrs B is now playing with the MBP after i've set it up, and the wireless mouse we can try later.
Mrs B prefers the old style trackpad with proper mouse button (doesn't like the newer press on trackpad button)

It will more than do Mrs B's needs and also any over seas travel like we just done for the wedding in vegas. Looks the job.

Full marks to Bramley Computers for repairing my iPhone so quickly. Posted to them on Thursday, it arrived back this morning (Saturday) fully repaired.
