Testimonial Clearly Jon knows his stuff re technology, computing, and in my case Mac/iMac computers. Jon's ability to anyalyse my computer using remote viewing software saved either me a trip to Chesterfield, or him a trip out to the Edale Valley.
I'll certainly use Jon again, as to many Windows computer specialists, Apple/Mac systems are a black art. Jon identified that the issue of my slowish iMac may be due to disc access time. So I'll probably ask Jon to remove my old Fusion disc and replace it with a solid state disc.
Jon has been very helpful. Not quoting jargon to confuse and seems to be very knowledgeable on the Apple goods. Our server had not been set up right and was causing problems on our network, computers not seeing each other or not being able to share files, Jon came around and sorted it all out for a reasonable price and very efficiently. We are very happy with his work and customer friendly service.
Jon has helped me 3 times now and I could not have asked for more friendly or efficient service, or at more reasonable cost. And the relief at not having to trail out to Meadowhall (however good the Apple folk are individually it's always too hectic there) is extremely welcome!
Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.

I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him!
