Today got my imac, great and had to get in touch with Jon had some I tunes problems, glad for the advice.
The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.
I have absolutely no hesitation in very strongly recommending Jon's services, both for Apple hardware and software.
From the moment of first contact by phone right through to my iMac arriving home, I felt that Jon could be trusted and whatever my Mac problem, he would solve it.

Had an issue with my iMac being super slow. Spoke with Jon and within 2 mins he had diagnosed what the problem was (over the phone). He suggested a few options for resurrection and to fix the problem.
I dropped the iMac off Friday, explained I needed it back asap for work and it was done and ready for collection the following day. Super fast service, very accommodating and I will be using his services in the future and will recommend Bramley Computers to anyone with similar issues.

Testimonial Clearly Jon knows his stuff re technology, computing, and in my case Mac/iMac computers. Jon's ability to anyalyse my computer using remote viewing software saved either me a trip to Chesterfield, or him a trip out to the Edale Valley.
I'll certainly use Jon again, as to many Windows computer specialists, Apple/Mac systems are a black art. Jon identified that the issue of my slowish iMac may be due to disc access time. So I'll probably ask Jon to remove my old Fusion disc and replace it with a solid state disc.

My 2013 iMac had been become very slow. I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers, who discussed an SSD upgrade with me in terms I could understand, as well as recommending acquiring an external hard drive back up, which I have done. Shipping and returning were very simple from my end and the result has been an iMac that feels quicker than when new. Excellent explanations and service for which I am very grateful.
