Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. Jon was quick to respond to my call for help and came out really quickly.He was on time, friendly,efficient and really helpful ...He set up a new computer transferring loads of material with ease....So,great service! He knew his stuff and was able to relay it clearly .He even came out of his local area ,going the extra mile ..literally and he was not over priced .I would definately use him again and am happy wholeheartedly to recommend him for all things Apple.
I had a 27" iMac with a faulty internal drive. Jon was really communicative and open to discussion about the repair and what options were available. Quoted a good price and received excellent service and parts. Repair was finished quickly and updated throughout. Would recommend and will look at using again should I need any further repairs.
Testimonial Clearly Jon knows his stuff re technology, computing, and in my case Mac/iMac computers. Jon's ability to anyalyse my computer using remote viewing software saved either me a trip to Chesterfield, or him a trip out to the Edale Valley.
I'll certainly use Jon again, as to many Windows computer specialists, Apple/Mac systems are a black art. Jon identified that the issue of my slowish iMac may be due to disc access time. So I'll probably ask Jon to remove my old Fusion disc and replace it with a solid state disc.
I managed to brick my 2018 Macmini and neither my efforts or a local dealer were successful. Jon sorted it very promptly and at a very fair price. If you have a problem with an Apple device - save time and money and send it to Bramley Computers. Absolutely first class service.

He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! I would recommend him to anyone.
