I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! Great service from Jon. Resurrected my son’s old MacBook Pro and it is now performing like new! We have lots of other Apple products and will be definitely using again. Thoroughly recommended.
The 2015 iMac we've been using for a while started to grind a little. I contacted Jon for a recommendation and he swapped out the old spinning disk for a newer SSD. He provided exceptional service and a swift turnaround - the Mac was only out of my office 2 days, and returned as basically a brand new machine which will continue to be useful for another few years. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I've used Bramley Computers for repairs for years. I've tried other firms because they're nearer, but I end up disappointed and then go back to Jon. Excellent service every time, and for things like replacing broken iPhone screens he's faster than anyone else I've found. Highly recommended.
The RAM was increased and an SSD drive was installed in my Mac Mini. Because I live far away from his area, it meant sending it to him and having it returned by courier. As it is my main business computer, I couldn’t afford to be without it for long.
Jon went to the trouble of fitting the work in with my business time schedule and providing a very fast turn-around time. The service, including keeping me informed of progress, was excellent and very professional. I’d certainly use Bramley Computers again.

Testimonial Clearly Jon knows his stuff re technology, computing, and in my case Mac/iMac computers. Jon's ability to anyalyse my computer using remote viewing software saved either me a trip to Chesterfield, or him a trip out to the Edale Valley.
I'll certainly use Jon again, as to many Windows computer specialists, Apple/Mac systems are a black art. Jon identified that the issue of my slowish iMac may be due to disc access time. So I'll probably ask Jon to remove my old Fusion disc and replace it with a solid state disc.
Collected my iPad and just finished the restore.
