Just thought I'd let you know that I'm hugely delighted with my new (pre-owned) 2008 Mac Mini. Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. It runs all my virtual organs with delightful ease, as I have told everyone on the Hauptwerk forum. I'll certainly be back for some of your quick, efficient service once the funds have recovered. With an iMac running painfully slowly and making a noise on start up that on one wants to hear from their computer I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers. I had only just got home from dropping it off when I received a full diagnostic report on my machine (it was as bad as it gets) with options and recommendations for putting it right. I took Jon's advice and had my computer back within a week, not only repaired but upgraded and positively flying. Jon kept me updated on progress throughout and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a couple of software glitches on it's return wich he resolved quickly and remotely, so I didn't need to take my machine back in. I

We were abroad when my wife's emails stopped working because of some changes at our service providers. Jon had already been very helpful with our computer problems so we contacted him and he was brilliant. Sorted it out remotely and instructing us what to do via my email which was still working. Such a competent, helpful and nice person. Just what you need.
There are few people in this world that you can completely rely upon for help, advise and amazing service without charging a fortune, but Jon is one of those people. Known now as "Cein's Mac Man" I know that he will always be there for me if I have any Mac problems (and more actually).
