Had an issue with my iMac being super slow. Spoke with Jon and within 2 mins he had diagnosed what the problem was (over the phone). He suggested a few options for resurrection and to fix the problem.
I dropped the iMac off Friday, explained I needed it back asap for work and it was done and ready for collection the following day. Super fast service, very accommodating and I will be using his services in the future and will recommend Bramley Computers to anyone with similar issues.

I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.

The 2015 iMac we've been using for a while started to grind a little. I contacted Jon for a recommendation and he swapped out the old spinning disk for a newer SSD. He provided exceptional service and a swift turnaround - the Mac was only out of my office 2 days, and returned as basically a brand new machine which will continue to be useful for another few years. Excellent service and highly recommended.
There are few people in this world that you can completely rely upon for help, advise and amazing service without charging a fortune, but Jon is one of those people. I contacted Jon when my husband spilled beer on our Macbook Air. He replied really quickly and was very honest about how much it was likely to cost to repair it. He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! I would recommend him to anyone.
