Testimonial *Reading the contents of testimonials folks have left comes as no surprise. Jon never fails to help. After apologising for not being able to get to us that instant he turns on his laptop, remote connects with my Mac and sorts the problem from his current location (no doubt with his cat trying to help out). Friendly, efficient and with none of the jargon that serves to confuse us mere mortals of the lesser computer savvy world and somehow makes you understand what your Mac is playing about at! Thanks Jon, you're a star 🙂
The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.
Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.
Abit like organ donoring really. I'm happy that my Mac may help someone else with used parts or a case etc.
Top marks to Jon and Bramley
My 3rd dealing with Jon and the 3rd iMac HDD to SSD upgrade ( different machines) Impeccable work as always. Very happy with the results. His communication, knowledge and skills are why I chose to drive my iMac to him as he is the only person I trust to upgrade / repair my Mac's. He even arranged to get my box shipped out to him to return the iMac. Highly recommended. 10/10 Great job Jon : - )
I call on John to save my life on numerous occasions even to the point that he can guess lost passwords
Highly recommended

Jon repaired my iMac quickly and cheaply, fitting a new hard-drive and migrating all the information over for me. It's come back working better and faster than ever. Thanks Jon!
I am very pleased with the help I get from Jon at Bramley Computers. I would certainly recommend Jon for anything Apple related
I have used Jon from Bramley Computers on a number of occasions, sometimes for advice, other times for hardware purchases and sales.
Jon, continues to be as professional and helpful as you could wish for, and I recommend him wholeheartedly. He will always deliver within quoted timescales, and the equipment is always as described. he does go the extra mile and the support, especially for pre-owned equipment is second to none.
Thank you again.
I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.
The performance of my 2008 24 inch iMac with the SSD is now absolutely stunning and, based on my experience,

Thanks for a great experience Jon and I will certainly be recommending your services to others in the future.
Many thanks,

just to let you know that the postman came knocking this morning.
I am typing this using the wireless keyboard on my iPad.
Mrs B is now playing with the MBP after i've set it up, and the wireless mouse we can try later.
Mrs B prefers the old style trackpad with proper mouse button (doesn't like the newer press on trackpad button)
It will more than do Mrs B's needs and also any over seas travel like we just done for the wedding in vegas. Looks the job.
Thanks for the great service, updates etc.
Andrew
