The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. I am very pleased with the speed the installation of the SSD drive has made.  I have completed multi-tasking projects with MS Office and Adobe, the difference is so so much better.

Jon was asked to keep an eye out for a cheap iMac for me.

I was contacted last week with an offer of the perfect machine. It was shipped to the Isle of Man without incurring any additional expenses and I got a very clean 2Ghz iMac with 3GB at under what I thought I would have to pay.

It complete in its box with the manuals and the original installation disks. Booted it up and its ready to go.

Communication throughout was perfect, and the order was tracked from the off.

Jon gave me a truly excellent service when I was forced to Migrate my e-mail account to a new Host. This move was very frightening for me as we are so dependent on e-mails per se and because they are so often our User Name. He is extremely technically knowledgeable, very efficient on using Teamviewer, fitted in so helpfully with my timings and mastered several challenges along the way with my Desktop, Laptop and Mobile all having to be set up afresh.
