Jon was quick to respond to my call for help and came out really quickly.He was on time, friendly,efficient and really helpful ...He set up a new computer transferring loads of material with ease....So,great service! He knew his stuff and was able to relay it clearly .He even came out of his local area ,going the extra mile ..literally and he was not over priced .I would definately use him again and am happy wholeheartedly to recommend him for all things Apple.
We had been battling to find someone with serious knowledge and expertise on Macs. But since finding Bramley computers through a Google search we have not looked back. Other IT companies purport to knowing Macs, but we have found Bramley to be heads above any other company we've worked with. I can't recommend Bramley highly enough, for super-intelligent understanding of Macs, personalised service and high level of professionalism. We're very happy customers!!!!
Testimonial Clearly Jon knows his stuff re technology, computing, and in my case Mac/iMac computers. Jon's ability to anyalyse my computer using remote viewing software saved either me a trip to Chesterfield, or him a trip out to the Edale Valley.
I'll certainly use Jon again, as to many Windows computer specialists, Apple/Mac systems are a black art. Jon identified that the issue of my slowish iMac may be due to disc access time. So I'll probably ask Jon to remove my old Fusion disc and replace it with a solid state disc.
Jon repaired my MacBook quickly and efficiently. Despite having trouble obtaining parts Jon kept me informed at all times and the computer was returned to me within a week. Highly recommended.
The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.
I have just logged off and have the peace of mind that my computer has been left with the capacity to work more productively. The hour of time spent has ensured I have hours of productive efficient computer use. Being an Accountant running a busy practice from home I require a trusted service provider. I have found just that! My software and hardware is in safe and caring hands! I even know a little more IT Jargon- Geek!!!!

With an iMac running painfully slowly and making a noise on start up that on one wants to hear from their computer I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers. I had only just got home from dropping it off when I received a full diagnostic report on my machine (it was as bad as it gets) with options and recommendations for putting it right. I took Jon's advice and had my computer back within a week, not only repaired but upgraded and positively flying. Jon kept me updated on progress throughout and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a couple of software glitches on it's return wich he resolved quickly and remotely, so I didn't need to take my machine back in. I can't recommend this friendly, knowledgeable and efficient guy enough - I wouldn't go anywhere else for Apple repairs.
