Fabulous service from Jon. iPhone was in great condition and delivered to my local place of work. One very happy daughter with an iPhone that has a screen which isn’t predominantly cracks and held together with goodwill 😁
The RAM was increased and an SSD drive was installed in my Mac Mini. Because I live far away from his area, it meant sending it to him and having it returned by courier. As it is my main business computer, I couldn’t afford to be without it for long.
Jon went to the trouble of fitting the work in with my business time schedule and providing a very fast turn-around time. The service, including keeping me informed of progress, was excellent and very professional. I’d certainly use Bramley Computers again.

My 2013 iMac had been become very slow. I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers, who discussed an SSD upgrade with me in terms I could understand, as well as recommending acquiring an external hard drive back up, which I have done. Shipping and returning were very simple from my end and the result has been an iMac that feels quicker than when new. Excellent explanations and service for which I am very grateful. No hesitation in recommending.
I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.
