Jon was asked to keep an eye out for a cheap iMac for me.
I was contacted last week with an offer of the perfect machine. It was shipped to the Isle of Man without incurring any additional expenses and I got a very clean 2Ghz iMac with 3GB at under what I thought I would have to pay.
It complete in its box with the manuals and the original installation disks. Booted it up and its ready to go.
Communication throughout was perfect, and the order was tracked from the off.
As with others here, I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and Bramley Computers and Ill certainly be using him again.
As with past problems over the years Jon was able swiftly and cheerfully to put right what was wrong with minimum fuss and maximum Mac expertise.
I have just logged off and have the peace of mind that my computer has been left with the capacity to work more productively. The hour of time spent has ensured I have hours of productive efficient computer use. Being an Accountant running a busy practice from home I require a trusted service provider. We had been battling to find someone with serious knowledge and expertise on Macs. But since finding Bramley computers through a Google search we have not looked back. My 2013 iMac had been become very slow. I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers, who discussed an SSD upgrade with me in terms I could understand, as well as recommending acquiring an external hard drive back up, which I have done. Shipping and returning were very simple from my end and the result has been an iMac that feels quicker than when new. Excellent explanations and service for which I am very grateful. No hesitation in recommending.
I am very pleased with the speed the installation of the SSD drive has made. I have completed multi-tasking projects with MS Office and Adobe, the difference is so so much better.

The 2015 iMac we've been using for a while started to grind a little. I contacted Jon for a recommendation and he swapped out the old spinning disk for a newer SSD. He provided exceptional service and a swift turnaround - the Mac was only out of my office 2 days, and returned as basically a brand new machine which will continue to be useful for another few years. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I was recommended to contact Jon through some Twitter friends and spoke to him about upgrading my Macbookpro's conventional hard drive to a 512GB SSD. I decided to diary the upgrade in at a later stage when work allowed.

I had only just got home from dropping it off when I received a full diagnostic report on my machine (it was as bad as it gets) with options and recommendations for putting it right. I took Jon's advice and had my computer back within a week, not only repaired but upgraded and positively flying. Jon kept me updated on progress throughout and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
