I've used Bramley Computers for repairs for years. I've tried other firms because they're nearer, but I end up disappointed and then go back to Jon. Excellent service every time, and for things like replacing broken iPhone screens he's faster than anyone else I've found. Highly recommended.
My 2013 iMac had been become very slow. I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers, who discussed an SSD upgrade with me in terms I could understand, as well as recommending acquiring an external hard drive back up, which I have done. Shipping and returning were very simple from my end and the result has been an iMac that feels quicker than when new. Excellent explanations and service for which I am very grateful. I contacted Jon when my husband spilled beer on our Macbook Air. He replied really quickly and was very honest about how much it was likely to cost to repair it. He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! I would recommend him to anyone.
I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.
The performance of my 2008 24 inch iMac with the SSD is now absolutely stunning and, based on my experience,

Jon was quick to respond to my call for help and came out really quickly.He was on time, friendly,efficient and really helpful ...He set up a new computer transferring loads of material with ease....So,great service! He knew his stuff and was able to relay it clearly .He even came out of his local area ,going the extra mile ..literally and he was not over priced .I would definately use him again and am happy wholeheartedly to recommend him for all things Apple.
