My 2013 iMac had been become very slow. I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers, who discussed an SSD upgrade with me in terms I could understand, as well as recommending acquiring an external hard drive back up, which I have done. Shipping and returning were very simple from my end and the result has been an iMac that feels quicker than when new. Excellent explanations and service for which I am very grateful. Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.
Abit like organ donoring really. I'm happy that my Mac may help someone else with used parts or a case etc.

I bought a late 2015 27 5k IMac from Jon and what a great purchase it was.
Jon was most helpful when I emailed him with a few questions before I decided on what to buy and it was one of the best purchases I’ve made on hardware.

Jon was asked to keep an eye out for a cheap iMac for me.
I was contacted last week with an offer of the perfect machine. It was shipped to the Isle of Man without incurring any additional expenses and I got a very clean 2Ghz iMac with 3GB at under what I thought I would have to pay.
It complete in its box with the manuals and the original installation disks. Booted it up and its ready to go.
Communication throughout was perfect, and the order was tracked from the off.
As with others here, I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and Bramley Computers and Ill certainly be using him again.
Well, another successful purchase completed. This time a Mac Mini. Delivery was almost instant, and quality as per previous purchases (nothing like a returning customer). This time there were a few issues with setting up, issues that appear to be unique to the Mac Mini, but a phone call and a few e-mails and I was away.
As previously said, working with Jon is as easy as it gets, and to keep returning when in need of new kit is about as good a recommendation as you can give.
My 3rd dealing with Jon and the 3rd iMac HDD to SSD upgrade ( different machines) Impeccable work as always. Very happy with the results. His communication, knowledge and skills are why I chose to drive my iMac to him as he is the only person I trust to upgrade / repair my Mac's. Jon repaired my MacBook quickly and efficiently. Despite having trouble obtaining parts Jon kept me informed at all times and the computer was returned to me within a week. Highly recommended.
just to let you know that the postman came knocking this morning.
I am typing this using the wireless keyboard on my iPad.
Mrs B is now playing with the MBP after i've set it up, and the wireless mouse we can try later.
Mrs B prefers the old style trackpad with proper mouse button (doesn't like the newer press on trackpad button)
It will more than do Mrs B's needs and also any over seas travel like we just done for the wedding in vegas. Looks the job.
