I contacted Jon when my husband spilled beer on our Macbook Air. He replied really quickly and was very honest about how much it was likely to cost to repair it. He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! Jon has helped me 3 times now and I could not have asked for more friendly or efficient service, or at more reasonable cost. And the relief at not having to trail out to Meadowhall (however good the Apple folk are individually it's always too hectic there) is extremely welcome!

Well, another successful purchase completed. This time a Mac Mini. Delivery was almost instant, and quality as per previous purchases (nothing like a returning customer). This time there were a few issues with setting up, issues that appear to be unique to the Mac Mini, but a phone call and a few e-mails and I was away.
As previously said, working with Jon is as easy as it gets, and to keep returning when in need of new kit is about as good a recommendation as you can give.
