Jon has been very helpful. Not quoting jargon to confuse and seems to be very knowledgeable on the Apple goods. Our server had not been set up right and was causing problems on our network, computers not seeing each other or not being able to share files, Jon came around and sorted it all out for a reasonable price and very efficiently. With an iMac running painfully slowly and making a noise on start up that on one wants to hear from their computer I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers. I had only just got home from dropping it off when I received a full diagnostic report on my machine (it was as bad as it gets) with options and recommendations for putting it right. I took Jon's advice and had my computer back within a week, not only repaired but upgraded and positively flying. Jon kept me updated on progress throughout and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Outstanding levels of service and communication. Revived my Mac from a near-death experience and gave it a new lease of life. Exceptional value for money and highly recommended.
We are very grateful for having Jon to help with our computer problems. He is always prompt on the job and certainly knows what needs to be done and for a very reasonable fee. Do not think we would continue to use Apple products if we did not have his help.
My Imac had been making an awful noise for quite a while, it sounded like the fan was on overdrive and it was getting red hot at the back.
I dropped it off with Jon on the Friday and by Saturday he's diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed and I collected it within the week. Now I can use the computer in peace without it driving me crackers with the noise. It's pretty much silent now!

I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.
The performance of my 2008 24 inch iMac with the SSD is now absolutely stunning and, based on my experience,
