He has always gone the extra mile for me and when you rely on your computer to earn a living, as I do, the quality of his service means the difference between letting my clients down or maintaining business as usual. Thanks to him I have never had to let a client down because my computer has broken (or, as is sometimes the case, I've done something silly to it and it is sulking...)

just to let you know that the postman came knocking this morning.
I am typing this using the wireless keyboard on my iPad.
Mrs B is now playing with the MBP after i've set it up, and the wireless mouse we can try later.
Mrs B prefers the old style trackpad with proper mouse button (doesn't like the newer press on trackpad button)
It will more than do Mrs B's needs and also any over seas travel like we just done for the wedding in vegas. Looks the job.

Testimonial *Reading the contents of testimonials folks have left comes as no surprise. Jon never fails to help. After apologising for not being able to get to us that instant he turns on his laptop, remote connects with my Mac and sorts the problem from his current location (no doubt with his cat trying to help out). Friendly, efficient and with none of the jargon that serves to confuse us mere mortals of the lesser computer savvy world and somehow makes you understand what your Mac is playing about at! Just thought I'd let you know that I'm hugely delighted with my new (pre-owned) 2008 Mac Mini. Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. It runs all my virtual organs with delightful ease, as I have told everyone on the Hauptwerk forum. I'll certainly be back for some of your quick, efficient service once the funds have recovered. The RAM was increased and an SSD drive was installed in my Mac Mini. Because I live far away from his area, it meant sending it to him and having it returned by courier. As it is my main business computer, I couldn’t afford to be without it for long.
Jon went to the trouble of fitting the work in with my business time schedule and providing a very fast turn-around time. The service, including keeping me informed of progress, was excellent and very professional. I’d certainly use Bramley Computers again.
There are few people in this world that you can completely rely upon for help, advise and amazing service without charging a fortune, but Jon is one of those people. Known now as "Cein's Mac Man" I know that he will always be there for me if I have any Mac problems (and more actually). The quick and efficient service is second to none, AND he is a really nice guy to boot. Thank you so much for all of your support.

We are very grateful for having Jon to help with our computer problems. He is always prompt on the job and certainly knows what needs to be done and for a very reasonable fee. Do not think we would continue to use Apple products if we did not have his help.
