I had a 27" iMac with a faulty internal drive. Jon was really communicative and open to discussion about the repair and what options were available. Quoted a good price and received excellent service and parts. Repair was finished quickly and updated throughout. Would recommend and will look at using again should I need any further repairs.
Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.
Abit like organ donoring really. I'm happy that my Mac may help someone else with used parts or a case etc.

I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.

We were abroad when my wife's emails stopped working because of some changes at our service providers. Jon had already been very helpful with our computer problems so we contacted him and he was brilliant. Sorted it out remotely and instructing us what to do via my email which was still working. Such a competent, helpful and nice person. Just what you need.
My 3rd dealing with Jon and the 3rd iMac HDD to SSD upgrade ( different machines) Impeccable work as always. Very happy with the results. His communication, knowledge and skills are why I chose to drive my iMac to him as he is the only person I trust to upgrade / repair my Mac's. Full marks to Bramley Computers for repairing my iPhone so quickly. Posted to them on Thursday, it arrived back this morning (Saturday) fully repaired.
I've used Bramley before for Apple repairs and upgrades to my desk and laptops and can heartily recommend them for all your Mac needs.
Seriously, if you've got a Mac problem, you'd be daft to go anywhere else.
If you need anything Apple - Jon is your man! He is second to none in terms of knowledge, service, quality, customer service, everything. I really can't recommend him highly enough. He makes sure you get what you need and want (not just what he wants to sell) at a price that is more than fair. And when it comes to logistics of either sending products to him or receiving them, I've never dealt with a better company yet. What can I say - he is one in a million, a top man and you should never fail to get in touch with him if you have a problem or need for anything technological (especially Apple).

Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! In addition, his fees were significantly better than the rest. My computer came back fixed perfectly and in excellent shape. Thank you Jon for being a quality guy in a field where that
