Bramley Computers is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. We will only use your information to administer the products and services you have requested from us. We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your details safe and secure.

We will store personal information such as your name, your organisation’s name & contact details as well as additional information relating to your purchase. If you have service work carried out by us, then we may also collect data about your device(s) so we can more accurately serve you with any later queries.
Bramley Computers processes personal information for certain legitimate business purposes which includes some or all of the following

  • you ask to recycle a machine with us
  • you ask me to let you know of any upcoming machines

Mailing Lists

We only keep a list of people wishing to be contacted about machines or parts as and when they come into stock. At this time we do not undertake any mass marketing emails not keep a list for this purpose.

When we’ll share your data

We will only share your data with third parties where it is essential. Possible examples include:
  • giving your address to a courier so they can deliver your order
  • We accept payments through PayPal or Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to your chosen payment gateway, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
  • when you’ve asked us to research a project we may on rare occasions made need to discuss this with a 3rd party to deliver the project.

There may be pages on our websites that include links to websites which are owned and operated by third parties and so which do not operate under this privacy statement.
