Remote Support

Not all problems require me to have physical access to the machines, I can fix a lot of software issues via remote support,  with the assistance of TeamViewer remote software, and I use this to support customers both locally & nationwide. It can also assist with pre-diagnosis of hardware issues, allowing me to minimise machine downtime for machines I do need to repair or upgrade.

Please note remote support sessions are charged at my usual rates.
