If you have service work carried out by us, then we may also collect data about your device(s) so we can more accurately serve you with any later queries.

Mailing Lists

We only keep a list of people wishing to be contacted about machines or parts as and when they come into stock. At this time we do not undertake any mass marketing emails not keep a list for this purpose.

When we’ll share your data

We will only share your data with third parties where it is essential. Possible examples include:
  • giving your address to a courier so they can deliver your order
  • We accept payments through PayPal or Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to your chosen payment gateway, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
  • when you’ve asked us to research a project we may on rare occasions made need to discuss this with a 3rd party to deliver the project.
