NI Customers, I’m really sorry but NI shipping is not currently available.
Today got my imac, great and had to get in touch with Jon had some I tunes problems, glad for the advice.
We were abroad when my wife's emails stopped working because of some changes at our service providers. Jon had already been very helpful with our computer problems so we contacted him and he was brilliant. Sorted it out remotely and instructing us what to do via my email which was still working. Such a competent, helpful and nice person. Just what you need.
I had a 27" iMac with a faulty internal drive. Jon was really communicative and open to discussion about the repair and what options were available. Quoted a good price and received excellent service and parts. Repair was finished quickly and updated throughout. Would recommend and will look at using again should I need any further repairs.
Just thought I'd let you know that I'm hugely delighted with my new (pre-owned) 2008 Mac Mini. Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. It runs all my virtual organs with delightful ease, as I have told everyone on the Hauptwerk forum. I'll certainly be back for some of your quick, efficient service once the funds have recovered. Most highly recommended. Many thanks.
Alan
Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.
Abit like organ donoring really. I'm happy that my Mac may help someone else with used parts or a case etc.
Top marks to Jon and Bramley
My Imac had been making an awful noise for quite a while, it sounded like the fan was on overdrive and it was getting red hot at the back.
I dropped it off with Jon on the Friday and by Saturday he's diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed and I collected it within the week. Now I can use the computer in peace without it driving me crackers with the noise. It's pretty much silent now!
Excellent service and will definitely use again and recommend.
I have just logged off and have the peace of mind that my computer has been left with the capacity to work more productively. The hour of time spent has ensured I have hours of productive efficient computer use. Being an Accountant running a busy practice from home I require a trusted service provider. I have found just that! My software and hardware is in safe and caring hands! I even know a little more IT Jargon- Geek!!!!
I've used Jon on a number of occasions for various iPhone and Macbook related problems. His turnaround time is fantastic (given my phone and laptop are key to what I do, is just what I need) and he always let's me know exactly what is going on with perfect explanations. One of the best things is that he lays out the options for me to choose the right solution given my budget. I would recommend Jon (and have done to my friends) for any Apple related issues.
I have also posted back to Mac newsgroup
about the excellent service I received 'Re-Cycling' a 5 year old Mac Mini2,1 via Bramley Computers super efficient s ervice, I will certainly be delighted to deal with you again!
With an iMac running painfully slowly and making a noise on start up that on one wants to hear from their computer I contacted Jon at Bramley Computers. I had only just got home from dropping it off when I received a full diagnostic report on my machine (it was as bad as it gets) with options and recommendations for putting it right. I took Jon's advice and had my computer back within a week, not only repaired but upgraded and positively flying. Jon kept me updated on progress throughout and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a couple of software glitches on it's return wich he resolved quickly and remotely, so I didn't need to take my machine back in. I
