I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.
Jon has helped me 3 times now and I could not have asked for more friendly or efficient service, or at more reasonable cost. And the relief at not having to trail out to Meadowhall (however good the Apple folk are individually it's always too hectic there) is extremely welcome!

Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. We were abroad when my wife's emails stopped working because of some changes at our service providers. Jon had already been very helpful with our computer problems so we contacted him and he was brilliant. Sorted it out remotely and instructing us what to do via my email which was still working. Such a competent, helpful and nice person. Just what you need.
I managed to brick my 2018 Macmini and neither my efforts or a local dealer were successful. Jon sorted it very promptly and at a very fair price. If you have a problem with an Apple device - save time and money and send it to Bramley Computers. Absolutely first class service.
