I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! In addition, his fees were significantly better than the rest. My computer came back fixed perfectly and in excellent shape. Thank you Jon for being a quality guy in a field where that

just to let you know that the postman came knocking this morning.
I am typing this using the wireless keyboard on my iPad.
Mrs B is now playing with the MBP after i've set it up, and the wireless mouse we can try later.
Mrs B prefers the old style trackpad with proper mouse button (doesn't like the newer press on trackpad button)
It will more than do Mrs B's needs and also any over seas travel like we just done for the wedding in vegas. Looks the job.

Jon gave me a truly excellent service when I was forced to Migrate my e-mail account to a new Host. This move was very frightening for me as we are so dependent on e-mails per se and because they are so often our User Name. He is extremely technically knowledgeable, very efficient on using Teamviewer, fitted in so helpfully with my timings and mastered several challenges along the way with my Desktop, Laptop and Mobile all having to be set up afresh. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am happy to confirm this directly with any inquirer.
