We had been battling to find someone with serious knowledge and expertise on Macs. But since finding Bramley computers through a Google search we have not looked back. Jon repaired my MacBook quickly and efficiently. Despite having trouble obtaining parts Jon kept me informed at all times and the computer was returned to me within a week. Highly recommended.
From first contact through to completion of business, Jon has been absolutely first class. Every question was answered fully and clearly. The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.
Great service from Jon. Resurrected my son’s old MacBook Pro and it is now performing like new! We have lots of other Apple products and will be definitely using again. Thoroughly recommended.
Full marks to Bramley Computers for repairing my iPhone so quickly. Posted to them on Thursday, it arrived back this morning (Saturday) fully repaired.
I've used Bramley before for Apple repairs and upgrades to my desk and laptops and can heartily recommend them for all your Mac needs.
Seriously, if you've got a Mac problem, you'd be daft to go anywhere else.
Jon was asked to keep an eye out for a cheap iMac for me.
I was contacted last week with an offer of the perfect machine. It was shipped to the Isle of Man without incurring any additional expenses and I got a very clean 2Ghz iMac with 3GB at under what I thought I would have to pay.
It complete in its box with the manuals and the original installation disks. Booted it up and its ready to go.
Communication throughout was perfect, and the order was tracked from the off.
As with others here, I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and Bramley Computers and Ill certainly be using him again.
