We had been battling to find someone with serious knowledge and expertise on Macs. But since finding Bramley computers through a Google search we have not looked back. I've used Jon on a number of occasions for various iPhone and Macbook related problems. His turnaround time is fantastic (given my phone and laptop are key to what I do, is just what I need) and he always let's me know exactly what is going on with perfect explanations. One of the best things is that he lays out the options for me to choose the right solution given my budget. I would recommend Jon (and have done to my friends) for any Apple related issues.
I bought a late 2015 27 5k IMac from Jon and what a great purchase it was.
Jon was most helpful when I emailed him with a few questions before I decided on what to buy and it was one of the best purchases I’ve made on hardware.

I am typing this using the wireless keyboard on my iPad.
Mrs B is now playing with the MBP after i've set it up, and the wireless mouse we can try later.
Mrs B prefers the old style trackpad with proper mouse button (doesn't like the newer press on trackpad button)
It will more than do Mrs B's needs and also any over seas travel like we just done for the wedding in vegas. Looks the job.

Jon gave me a truly excellent service when I was forced to Migrate my e-mail account to a new Host. This move was very frightening for me as we are so dependent on e-mails per se and because they are so often our User Name. He is extremely technically knowledgeable, very efficient on using Teamviewer, fitted in so helpfully with my timings and mastered several challenges along the way with my Desktop, Laptop and Mobile all having to be set up afresh. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am happy to confirm this directly with any inquirer.
