Testimonial Clearly Jon knows his stuff re technology, computing, and in my case Mac/iMac computers. Jon's ability to anyalyse my computer using remote viewing software saved either me a trip to Chesterfield, or him a trip out to the Edale Valley.
I'll certainly use Jon again, as to many Windows computer specialists, Apple/Mac systems are a black art. Jon identified that the issue of my slowish iMac may be due to disc access time. So I'll probably ask Jon to remove my old Fusion disc and replace it with a solid state disc.
I was already aware of Bramley Computers via Twitter and decided to contact Jon when the screen problems on my iMac became too regular to be acceptable. Jon diagnosed a graphics card problem very quickly and advised me on price options and timescales.
We also discussed upgrade feasibilities and I finally decided, based on Jon's clear presentation of the various benefits and costs, that upgrading to a 256GB SSD with an external hard drive for data storage would be the best way to improve the overall usability of the machine.
Jon carried out the work quickly and professionally and at a very acceptable price level.

The 2015 iMac we've been using for a while started to grind a little. I contacted Jon for a recommendation and he swapped out the old spinning disk for a newer SSD. He provided exceptional service and a swift turnaround - the Mac was only out of my office 2 days, and returned as basically a brand new machine which will continue to be useful for another few years. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I decided to diary the upgrade in at a later stage when work allowed.
However few weeks later my iMac decided to die leaving me in a complete panic so not only did he advise me on all the possible options for the iMac, he arranged collection, carried out the Macbook SSD upgrade and diagnosed the iMac issue in a matter of days. At all points he kept me informed of the options and costs and did it all in super quick time. When you have a major problem with your work mac, it's not an exaggeration to say it's like a member of your family falling ill. At times like these, having someone to inform, help and repair is a real life saver.

Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him!
