I had a 27" iMac with a faulty internal drive. Jon was really communicative and open to discussion about the repair and what options were available. Quoted a good price and received excellent service and parts. Repair was finished quickly and updated throughout. Would recommend and will look at using again should I need any further repairs.
The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.

I was recommended to contact Jon through some Twitter friends and spoke to him about upgrading my Macbookpro's conventional hard drive to a 512GB SSD. I decided to diary the upgrade in at a later stage when work allowed.

Jon repaired my MacBook quickly and efficiently. Despite having trouble obtaining parts Jon kept me informed at all times and the computer was returned to me within a week. Highly recommended.
I've used Jon on a number of occasions for various iPhone and Macbook related problems. His turnaround time is fantastic (given my phone and laptop are key to what I do, is just what I need) and he always let's me know exactly what is going on with perfect explanations.
