Well, another successful purchase completed. This time a Mac Mini. Delivery was almost instant, and quality as per previous purchases (nothing like a returning customer). This time there were a few issues with setting up, issues that appear to be unique to the Mac Mini, but a phone call and a few e-mails and I was away.
As previously said, working with Jon is as easy as it gets, and to keep returning when in need of new kit is about as good a recommendation as you can give.
I've dealt with Jon for a number of problems - as well as a computer purchase - and he has always dealt with me professionally and quickly; that his prices are very reasonable is a bonus!
He has always gone the extra mile for me and when you rely on your computer to earn a living, as I do, the quality of his service means the difference between letting my clients down or maintaining business as usual. Thanks to him I have never had to let a client down because my computer has broken (or, as is sometimes the case, I've done something silly to it and it is sulking...)

Jon was asked to keep an eye out for a cheap iMac for me.
I was contacted last week with an offer of the perfect machine. It was shipped to the Isle of Man without incurring any additional expenses and I got a very clean 2Ghz iMac with 3GB at under what I thought I would have to pay.
It complete in its box with the manuals and the original installation disks. Booted it up and its ready to go.
Communication throughout was perfect, and the order was tracked from the off.
As with others here, I have no hesitation in recommending Jon and Bramley Computers and Ill certainly be using him again.
Jon has helped me 3 times now and I could not have asked for more friendly or efficient service, or at more reasonable cost. And the relief at not having to trail out to Meadowhall (however good the Apple folk are individually it's always too hectic there) is extremely welcome!
I have just logged off and have the peace of mind that my computer has been left with the capacity to work more productively. The hour of time spent has ensured I have hours of productive efficient computer use. Being an Accountant running a busy practice from home I require a trusted service provider. I have found just that! My software and hardware is in safe and caring hands! I even know a little more IT Jargon- Geek!!!!

Just thought I'd let you know that I'm hugely delighted with my new (pre-owned) 2008 Mac Mini. Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting me a Mac Mini screamer and fitting it with 8 gigs RAM and a second, high speed, hard drive. It runs all my virtual organs with delightful ease, as I have told everyone on the Hauptwerk forum. I'll certainly be back for some of your quick, efficient service once the funds have recovered. Full marks to Bramley Computers for repairing my iPhone so quickly. Posted to them on Thursday, it arrived back this morning (Saturday) fully repaired.
I've used Bramley before for Apple repairs and upgrades to my desk and laptops and can heartily recommend them for all your Mac needs.
Seriously, if you've got a Mac problem, you'd be daft to go anywhere else.
We are very grateful for having Jon to help with our computer problems. He is always prompt on the job and certainly knows what needs to be done and for a very reasonable fee. Do not think we would continue to use Apple products if we did not have his help.
