What can I say - he is one in a million, a top man and you should never fail to get in touch with him if you have a problem or need for anything technological (especially Apple).

I contacted Jon when my husband spilled beer on our Macbook Air. He replied really quickly and was very honest about how much it was likely to cost to repair it. He took a look and gave me an estimate and in the end, it was more cost-efficient to buy a replacement. He sourced this for me at a great price and offered me part-exchange on my damaged laptop. Jon really went out of his way to be helpful and I couldn't be happier with the new laptop and the service he gave. He took the pain out of losing the original laptop! I would recommend him to anyone.

The 2015 iMac we've been using for a while started to grind a little. I contacted Jon for a recommendation and he swapped out the old spinning disk for a newer SSD. He provided exceptional service and a swift turnaround - the Mac was only out of my office 2 days, and returned as basically a brand new machine which will continue to be useful for another few years. Excellent service and highly recommended.

We had been battling to find someone with serious knowledge and expertise on Macs. But since finding Bramley computers through a Google search we have not looked back.
