I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! My 3rd dealing with Jon and the 3rd iMac HDD to SSD upgrade ( different machines) Impeccable work as always. Very happy with the results. His communication, knowledge and skills are why I chose to drive my iMac to him as he is the only person I trust to upgrade / repair my Mac's. He even arranged to get my box shipped out to him to return the iMac. Highly recommended. 10/10 Great job Jon : - )

The 2015 iMac we've been using for a while started to grind a little. I contacted Jon for a recommendation and he swapped out the old spinning disk for a newer SSD. He provided exceptional service and a swift turnaround - the Mac was only out of my office 2 days, and returned as basically a brand new machine which will continue to be useful for another few years. Excellent service and highly recommended.
There are few people in this world that you can completely rely upon for help, advise and amazing service without charging a fortune, but Jon is one of those people. Known now as "Cein's Mac Man" I know that he will always be there for me if I have any Mac problems (and more actually). The quick and efficient service is second to none, AND he is a really nice guy to boot. Thank you so much for all of your support.

After apologising for not being able to get to us that instant he turns on his laptop, remote connects with my Mac and sorts the problem from his current location (no doubt with his cat trying to help out). Friendly, efficient and with none of the jargon that serves to confuse us mere mortals of the lesser computer savvy world and somehow makes you understand what your Mac is playing about at! Jon has been very helpful. Not quoting jargon to confuse and seems to be very knowledgeable on the Apple goods. Our server had not been set up right and was causing problems on our network, computers not seeing each other or not being able to share files, Jon came around and sorted it all out for a reasonable price and very efficiently. We are very happy with his work and customer friendly service.
Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.
Abit like organ donoring really. I'm happy that my Mac may help someone else with used parts or a case etc.
