Had an issue with my iMac being super slow. Spoke with Jon and within 2 mins he had diagnosed what the problem was (over the phone). He suggested a few options for resurrection and to fix the problem.

I was thoroughly impressed with both Jon's quality of work and service. The LCD of my MacBook Pro cracked, while the glass was intact. Many companies offer to fix problems like this, but they all invariably gave me excuses for charging extra fees, mostly due to the difficulty of replacing an LCD without breaking the glass itself. Jon was not only able to do this with skill, but he was honest and prompt in his dealings with me and I ultimately felt very comfortable shipping my most important work equipment to him! Jon at Bramley was recommended to me by a fellow motorcycle rider when my Mac threw a hissy fit. I sent my unit via Jons courier and in next to no time i had an update telling me what was happening. Not good news, but i did know why as Jon explained everything most concisely without getting 'geeky'.Jon returned my HDD the next day and paid me an amount for the dead mac by Bacs.
Abit like organ donoring really. I'm happy that my Mac may help someone else with used parts or a case etc.

I am very pleased with the speed the installation of the SSD drive has made. I have completed multi-tasking projects with MS Office and Adobe, the difference is so so much better.

The internal drive on my 27" imac had been troublesome for some time and I had been running it off an external ssd, when the interanl drive started to be really noisy I decided to bite the bullet and contacted Jon. That was the best thing I could have done, fortunately I kept the original box, it went up to him on a thursday and was back with with me the following tuesday, now thats what I call most excellent service. If you have got mac problems Jon is the man you need to see.

I've used Bramley Computers for repairs for years. I've tried other firms because they're nearer, but I end up disappointed and then go back to Jon. Excellent service every time, and for things like replacing broken iPhone screens he's faster than anyone else I've found. Highly recommended.
From first contact through to completion of business, Jon has been absolutely first class. Every question was answered fully and clearly. Communication, which was conducted via email, was excellent, helpful, friendly and prompt. Almost instantaneously on most occasions. Postage service used was next day!!
